Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
  • Conduct market visits, meet clients, and promote Screworks products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor updates, and pricing insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
  • 13 years of field sales experience (preferably in construction materials, hardware, or fasteners).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
