Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for exploring new market opportunities, conducting field visits, and generating new business leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to potential dealers, distributors, and end customers to promote company products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped and potential markets.
  • Execute daily and weekly market visit plans to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Generate inquiries, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical details effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and conversion reports.
  • Gather market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and branding activities as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Graduate (any discipline). Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Experience:

    02 years of experience in field sales.
  • Industry:

    Preference for candidates from construction materials, hardware, fasteners, or related sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong initiative and confidence in performing cold calls and market visits.
  • Good relationship-building and negotiation ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in reporting.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
