About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of two-wheeler loan products to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Develop and manage a network of dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to ensure consistent business inflow.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while retaining and nurturing existing ones.
  • Monitor loan processing, disbursements, and portfolio performance to ensure high-quality business.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2- 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in

    two-wheeler loans, auto loans, or BFSI sector

    .
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and sales operations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
