Job Description

About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of two-wheeler loan products to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Develop and manage a network of dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to ensure consistent business inflow.
Identify and acquire new customers while retaining and nurturing existing ones.
Monitor loan processing, disbursements, and portfolio performance to ensure high-quality business.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2- 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in
two-wheeler loans, auto loans, or BFSI sector
.
Strong knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and sales operations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
