Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in retail assets, credit cards, insurance products, and other financial services.
Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling and upselling opportunities across various product lines.
Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions through branch banking channels.
Oversee daily operations of the location's retail banking activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in terms of product offerings and customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
Strong understanding of general insurance, life insurance, investment products, forex trading, and credit card sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
