Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the

    Ocean Freight (FCL)

    segment
  • Identify and engage prospective clients in international markets
  • Manage and grow business volumes (target: 1416 TEUs per week)
  • Ensure product profitability and compliance with internal pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate customer data, weekly reports, and sales forecasts
  • Build strong relationships with ocean carriers, co-loaders, and other partners
  • Achieve gross profit (GP) and volume targets aligned with business plans
  • Provide regular market intelligence and insights to support strategy

What Were Looking For:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding

    , preferably ocean
  • Strong understanding of

    US trade lanes

    and international market dynamics
  • Proven track record of handling

    14–16 TEUs weekly

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
  • Experience in building and executing sales strategies.
