Position Overview: A Sales Executive in the waxes or beauty services industry, such as at European Wax Centre, is responsible for driving sales of waxing services and related retail products. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, educating clients about services and products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about waxing services and products. Educate clients on the benefits and usage of wax passes and skincare products to encourage sales. Achieve and exceed sales goals by converting potential customers into loyal clients. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Support overall centre operations, including merchandising and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate customers effectively. Sales-driven with a competitive and motivated attitude to meet sales targets. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
