We at SR Technomed are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in Medical Back ground experience in Medical equipments would be an added advantage,

A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets, develop business strategies, and maintain customer relationships. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members
  • Set individual and team sales targets and quotas
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Motivate team members to achieve and exceed goals
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
  • Create sales forecasts and budgets

Performance Management

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics
  • Track progress against targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Implement corrective actions when targets are not met
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency

Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Participate in negotiations for major accounts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Operational Tasks

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
  • Manage sales budgets and control expenses
  • Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5 - 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation Structure

Typically includes base salary and other benefits which can be discussed based on the selection of employee and last drawn salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
