Job Summary

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead-conversion processes.
Manage client interactions from inquiry to closing — ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and professional follow-ups.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to finalize sales.
Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor projects, and developer pricing.
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize campaigns for lead generation.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.
Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

equired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial/Investment).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Indian property markets and regulatory processes (RERA, etc.).
Ability to handle CRM systems and digital marketing-based leads.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
