Job Title- Sales manager

Company - Spectical Asset Pvt Ltd

Industry- Real Estate

Location- Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure.
Build strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct property site visits with clients and provide professional guidance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum
5–8 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
