Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years (Fitness / Wellness / Branded Services preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow membership sales for our branded fitness gym. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the fitness or service industry, excellent team-handling capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets through memberships, personal training, and corporate tie-ups. Key Responsibilities Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, PT, and add-on services Lead, train, and motivate the sales & front desk team to maximize conversions Design and execute sales strategies, promotions, and local marketing campaigns Monitor daily enquiry flow, follow-ups, walk-ins, and conversions Ensure 100% lead management discipline (CRM, calls, WhatsApp, walk-in tracking) Handle corporate memberships, B2B tie-ups, and institutional sales Analyze sales performance reports and present insights to management Work closely with marketing team for lead generation & brand visibility Ensure premium customer experience aligned with brand standards Resolve escalations related to sales, memberships, and customer objections Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of fitness industry sales cycles Proven ability to close high-value memberships Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Team leadership and performance management skills Data-driven approach with strong reporting & forecasting ability Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales dashboards High energy, target-oriented, and self-motivated Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 5–10 years of experience in sales (fitness / wellness / hospitality preferred) Prior experience in branded gyms or premium service brands is mandatory Experience handling team targets of ₹15–30+ lakhs per month is a plus Graduate / Post-graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a recognized fitness brand Career growth into Cluster / Regional Sales Head roles Positive, high-energy work environment KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Membership revenue achievement PT & add-on sales contribution Conversion ratio (enquiry to sale) Team productivity & retention Corporate & referral business growth
