Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting products and services, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also oversee a sales team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and performance.

Experience - 4 to 7 Years into any industry (E-Commerce/Logistics preferably)

Location- Gurugram( Only Face to Face interviews are happening)

Educations- Graduation / MBA/ PGDM

Salary Budget - upto 6.5 LPA PLus Incentives (Negotiable for outstanding candidates)

What are we looking for in a Candidate -

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and account management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet targets
• Knowledge of IT and digital services is preferred
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
• Team Handling Experience required ( 5 to 10members atleast)
• Experience in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• New Innovative thinking & analytics to grow our Business
