We are looking for a self-driven and sales-focused individual to drive sales across our three company verticals. Job Title: B2B Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–5 years Salary: ₹4–6 LPA + performance incentives. Role Overview: The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, outreach, managing relationships, and generating sales. Along with this they would be executing 12 in-house events per month to generate leads and sales. Primary KRAs Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for corporate events, corporate spa bookings, and real estate sales, exceeding sales targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service. Desirable Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong business development and sales strategy skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria: Graduate Degree 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Event sales / Hospitality sales Must have their own vehicle and laptop Local knowledge of Hyderabad market preferred.
