Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Identify prospects, qualify leads, set appointments, and manage the complete sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
  • Product Knowledge & Demos:

    Develop a deep technical understanding of modules and solutions; conduct effective demos and confidently handle client objections.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation:

    Prepare accurate and clear sales reports, business proposals, and executive-level presentations.
  • Sales Goals Achievement:

    Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets by following structured processes and customer engagement best practices.
  • Team Coordination:

    Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.
  • Marketplace Sales:

    Drive product visibility and sales on online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Robu, Evelta, and other B2B/B2C tech marketplaces.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3+ years of B2B or technology sales experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or IoT industries.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency:

    Proficient in CRM systems, sales management software, and online marketplace platforms.
  • Persuasion & Professionalism:

    Demonstrated ability to combine persuasive selling techniques with credibility and professionalism.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Travel Readiness:

    Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for customer meetings, events, and business expansion activities.
