Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery & recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs. Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends to position Red Envelope Consultants effectively. Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics and business growth. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Proven expertise in lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals. Ability to create high-impact presentations and marketing content. Proficient in written and verbal English. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Extroverted, self-motivated, and target-driven. Experience in consulting, or recruitment industry.
