Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves client meetings, team training, and market analysis. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and developing sales strategies
• Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market data and sales reports to drive business decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
