Location: Derabassi, Punjab
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Cascade Buildtech is seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations for the Derabassi project. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Derabassi project.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Handle negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Knowledge of the local Derabassi real estate market will be an added advantage.
