Join us in revolutionizing the Indian real estate industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panvel for a Closing Manager in Real Estate at PropertyPistol. The Closing Manager will oversee the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of property management, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely closings. Other day-to-day tasks involve handling commercial real estate transactions, coordinating lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate practices Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
