Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enrollment targets.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and implement campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote the school.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team.
• Set team targets, monitor performance, and implement incentive programs.
• Conduct regular training and development to enhance team effectiveness.

3. Parent & Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, corporates, and community partners.
• Ensure high-quality communication and support throughout the admissions process.
• Address concerns and feedback to enhance parent satisfaction.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze admissions data, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and forecasts.
• Recommend corrective actions to achieve targets and optimize processes.

5. Brand & Market Development

• Represent the school at events, exhibitions, and community activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
• Promote the school’s programs and unique value propositions effectively.
