Sales Manager

MINIMUM 3 TO 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT

Core duties and responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and conduct competitor analysis to drive revenue and growth.
• Team leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor the sales team. Motivate staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Goal setting and performance monitoring: Set clear sales targets and quotas for the team. Track performance against goals using key metrics and analytics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Client and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Handle customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales operations: Oversee the entire sales process, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure adherence to sales policies.
• Forecasting and reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage sales budgets.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the sales department and other functions, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and create promotional campaigns.
• Market awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,562.13 per month
