Responsibilities Assist sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives. Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person. Manage and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records. Prepare sales presentations, reports, and other documentation. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with clients. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders and managing inventory. Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials and sales campaigns. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
