Job Summary:

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the

    entire sales cycle -

    from lead generation and qualification to closure and account expansion.
  • Identify and engage

    key decision-makers -

    in mid to large-sized organizations in the

    US market

    .
  • Sell

    ERP, SaaS, and customized software-solutions

    to businesses by understanding their pain points and tailoring pitches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and demonstrations.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline through

    email outreach, LinkedIn networking

    , and attending relevant industry events (virtual or physical).
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the senior management team.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients for upselling and renewals.
  • Continuously analyze the market, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in

    B2B sales

    in the

    IT, ERP, SaaS, or software industry

    .
  • Proven experience in

    selling to the US market

    strong understanding of US business culture and client expectations.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong

    negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    and basic sales automation tools.
  • Ability to understand

    technical concepts

    and explain software solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in

    ERP product sales

    is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with

    US time zones

    and

    business practices

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields

    . MBA is a plus.
