Job Summary:

Java Developer – Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Work hands-on to develop scalable and efficient Java applications.
• Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in the full SDLC.
• Support integration and customization efforts for

  Odoo ERP

  modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both development and production environments.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (

  mandatory

  ).
• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Proficient in

  Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate

  .
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs

  ,

  Microservices architecture

  , and Web Services.
• Strong working knowledge of

  RDBMS

  like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with tools like

  Git

  Gradle

  Jenkins

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Open to learning and working on

  Odoo ERP

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Prior experience with
