Job Description

We are Looking for Sales Manager- Mumbai (3rd Line Manager- Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh )

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales plans.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and guidance.
Drive sales growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities, expanding market share.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends.
Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, therapeutic areas, and sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 10 + Yrs in Pharma sales & working in similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have excellent interpersonal ad relationship management skills
Planning and organizational skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Decision making skills.
Good Leadership & Team Building skills
