Sales Manager – US Market (Tax & Accounting Services)

Location: India (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week office, rest remote aligned to US time zones)

We are a fast-growing US-focused Tax & Accounting services company with our offices in India and USA. Our clients include US individuals, small businesses, and professionals who need reliable, cost-effective tax filing, bookkeeping, and compliance solutions.

As a startup, we move fast, build from scratch, and value people who take ownership. We’re now looking for a sales Manager who is passionate about bringing new clients to the table and thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Hunt & Close New Clients

 • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire US-based clients (individuals, small businesses, and firms).

 • Actively drive outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and convert leads into paying clients.

 • Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

- Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

 • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

 • Deliver measurable results – bringing new revenue into the company in the first 3-6 months.

- Client Relationship Management

 • Understand client needs and position our services (tax filing, bookkeeping, compliance) as solutions.

 • Build long-term client relationships for retention, referrals, and upselling.

- Market Development

 • Research US taxation industry trends and competitor offerings.

 • Develop partnerships with consultants, accountants, and referral networks in the US.

- Collaboration & Reporting

 • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.

 • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.

 • Report regularly to leadership on pipeline, closures, and revenue progress.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

- Mandatory:

 • 5+ years of proven sales experience in selling to US clients.

 • Strong track record of new client acquisition – be ready to show numbers, clients won, and revenue generated.

 • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills with US client fluency.

 • Ability to work in US time zones when required.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

 • Experience selling Tax, Accounting, or financial services.

 • Background in outsourcing/offshoring industry.

 • Experience building channel/partnership networks in the US.
