What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) - Hunt & Close New Clients • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire US-based clients (individuals, small businesses, and firms). • Actively drive outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and convert leads into paying clients. • Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing. - Pipeline & Revenue Ownership • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with monthly/quarterly revenue targets. • Deliver measurable results – bringing new revenue into the company in the first 3-6 months. - Client Relationship Management • Understand client needs and position our services (tax filing, bookkeeping, compliance) as solutions. • Build long-term client relationships for retention, referrals, and upselling. - Market Development • Research US taxation industry trends and competitor offerings. • Develop partnerships with consultants, accountants, and referral networks in the US. - Collaboration & Reporting • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals. • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track performance. • Report regularly to leadership on pipeline, closures, and revenue progress.
