Role Description:

This is a contractual remote role for a Sales Manager at MinimalEngineering. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a sales team, and developing effective sales strategies for our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the FMCG industry, Retail Appliance Industry, Electrical Industry, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team.
• Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
