Support service teams in scheduling on-site calibrations and installations. 3. Documentation & Salesforce Create and close Salesforce service tickets related to field activities. Ensure timely uploading of supporting documents (offers, POs, service reports, etc.) 4. Coordination & Follow-up Follow up on POs, service scheduling, and customer payments. Track and coordinate field service dispatches and material movements. 5. Calibration Records & Reporting Maintain detailed records of calibration certificates and service logs (150 per day). Coordinate with the calibration department to confirm service dates and update customers.
