Job Description

1. Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound customer calls for field service, site calibration, and product support.
  • Assist customers with Smart Lit SIM card usage, manuals, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate service scheduling and update customers proactively.

2. Field Service Operations

  • Assign and coordinate site visits for Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
  • Track site service status and maintain service visit records (MoM).
  • Support service teams in scheduling on-site calibrations and installations.

3. Documentation & Salesforce

  • Create and close Salesforce service tickets related to field activities.
  • Ensure timely uploading of supporting documents (offers, POs, service reports, etc.)

4. Coordination & Follow-up

  • Follow up on POs, service scheduling, and customer payments.
  • Track and coordinate field service dispatches and material movements.

5. Calibration Records & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of calibration certificates and service logs (150 per day).
  • Coordinate with the calibration department to confirm service dates and update customers.
