Role Description:

This is a part-time remote role for an Electronics Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog electronics, power supply, and control system design, with experience in electronics layout design and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog electronic systems up to 1000W (AC and DC).
• Design power supply and control systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Create and optimize electronics layouts using CAD software, and perform simulations (SPICE proficiency is a major plus).
• Design, develop, and optimize PCB layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet tight constraints and performance specifications.
• Apply creative thinking to solve complex engineering challenges within stringent design parameters.

Requirements:

• Mandatory expertise in analog electronics, capable of handling electrical designs up to 1000W (AC and DC).
• Proven experience in power supply and control system design.
• Proficiency in electronics layout design, including CAD software and simulations; SPICE experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience in PCB design and optimization.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred, with a minimum of 3 years mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively within tight constraints.
• A well-oiled imagination and the competence to innovate beyond conventional limits.
