We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong proficiency in functions, recruitment, onboarding, disciplinaries, salaries, PF, TDS, FNF, etc; Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding -Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. Conduct background verification and issue offer letters & appointment letters. Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. Employee Relations & Compliance - Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions per company policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Conduct exit interviews and manage Full & Final (FNF) settlements. 3. Payroll & Benefits Administration - Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursement. Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Professional Tax. Handle employee insurance, leaves, and other benefits administration. 4. Performance Management & Training - Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system. Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. 5. Policy Development & HR Operations - Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Maintain employee records and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
