Job Description

Role Overview:

Manglam Safpack Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in corporate sales and packaging materials. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with corporate clients, understanding their procurement processes, quality standards, and vendor onboarding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Leverage existing knowledge of packaging materials (poly bags, PP boxes, corrugated, compostable solutions, etc.) to present the right solutions to customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with purchase, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and dispatch department to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to refine sales strategy.
  • Manage timely collection of payments and maintain proper follow-up.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client audits when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of B2B and corporate sales experience.
  • Must have prior experience working with packaging materials — knowledge of materials, specifications, and production processes is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to independently handle corporate clients and complete onboarding formalities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
