Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Madurai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales targets, building and developing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales activities, generating leads from DSA channels managing client and DSA relationships, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored financial solutions. The role also involves planning and implementing sales campaigns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, including achieving sales targets and developing strategies
• Minimum 3 years of experinece in handling DSA channels, especially in LAP
• Solid understanding of financial products such as, SME loans especially on LAP
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with the rural and semi-urban financial market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
