Job Description

A marketing head is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy, leading the marketing team, and managing the budget to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing brand positioning, managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, advertising), analyzing performance, and collaborating with other departments like sales and product development. Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, set short- and long-term goals, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, including sub-departments like digital, content, and creative.
  • Campaign management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Brand management: Shape the brand's position, ensure a consistent brand image, and manage promotional activities and messaging.
  • Budgeting and analysis: Develop and manage the marketing budget, and track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other senior leaders to ensure synergy and achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Market and customer analysis: Analyze target audiences, monitor competitor activities, and identify new market segments and opportunities.
  • Content oversight: Guide the content development team to create compelling marketing materials for both digital and traditional channels.
