Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and institutional partners.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
Track daily sales performance, monitor outlet-wise movement, and maintain sales MIS reporting.
Analyze local market trends, product movement, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.
Coordinate with the supply chain/operations team for smooth order fulfillment and dispatch.
Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize credit risk from retailers and distributors.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance review summaries.
Monitor and control sales expenses within the approved budget.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in the FMCG retail/fresh produce (vegetables, fruits) sector.
Proven track record in sales growth, market expansion, outlet onboarding, and team leadership.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Excellent knowledge of regional market and distribution channel dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales tracking tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced field environment.
