Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Manager – Decanter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
sales and business development
of Decanters or equivalent industrial equipment.
Conduct
market analysis
to identify new opportunities and build sales strategies.
Handle
tendering processes
, bid submissions, and contract negotiations.
Work closely with
EPC contractors, project execution teams
, and
service operations
for project success.
Utilize
CRM tools
for lead management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Plan and execute
sales promotion initiatives
such as exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events.
Travel PAN India for client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Required Skill Set:

Proven experience in
industrial or municipal sales
of Decanters or similar mechanical/process equipment.
Strong knowledge of the
wastewater industry
, tendering, and contracting processes.
Expertise in
sales forecasting, CRM systems
, and
business planning
.
Educational background in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
