Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our fintech partner network across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital payments, banking APIs, and channel partner acquisition. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, onboarding new partners, managing a team of executives, and ensuring smooth coordination with the technical and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales operations for AEPS, BBPS, DMT, Payout, and API services.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, partners, and resellers nationwide.
  • Build and manage a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with the technical, onboarding, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner activation.
  • Design and execute strategic growth campaigns for revenue expansion.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Stay updated on RBI guidelines, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company in fintech expos, networking events, and digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or API sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products like AEPS, BBPS, DMT, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure.
  • Tech-friendly mindset and comfort using CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
