Position Overview: Sales Manager – Pune
We are seeking a Sales Manager who can spearhead our regional sales strategy, generate new business, manage key accounts, and contribute to overall business growth. This role is crucial in streamlining LTPL's Sales Department and aligning efforts across products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for software products and IT services.
Drive B2B sales for healthcare (Trio HIMS), SME clients (BizPlus CRM), and enterprise communication & marketing solutions.
Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Actively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
Build and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Represent LTPL in industry events, expos, and client demos.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and propose the most relevant LTPL solution suite.
Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth through consultative engagement.
Sales Team Leadership
Guide and mentor junior sales executives and inside sales team members.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams for proposal building and client onboarding.
Implement and optimize sales processes using BizPlus CRM and internal systems.
Reporting & Coordination
Report sales performance, funnel activity, and key metrics to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and post-sales client coordination.
Maintain documentation and CRM hygiene across the sales funnel.
Key Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–10 years of proven experience in B2B/enterprise IT sales or SaaS solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the hospital, retail, and SME digital transformation landscape.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably BizPlusCRM) and MS Office.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
