Job Summary

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales processes — from lead qualification and follow-ups to closures.
  • Manage both

    inside sales (telephonic and digital leads

    ) and

    outside sales (field visits, client meetings, institutional tie-ups

    )
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify and approach potential institutional and corporate clients for partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and demos for students and professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportun

    ities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3

    –5 years of experience in sales

    with a minimum of 1 year in a team l

    ead role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales
  • targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle both telephonic and on-field sales independently.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related

    field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or recruitment service sales.
  • Exposure to institutional and corporate ups.
  • Local market knowledge of Hyderabad and the nearby

    regions.
