Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with 3–4 years

of experience in Python, Django, and REST API development. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable

backend services, integrating APIs, and ensuring high

performance and security of applications. You will collaborate

with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps

engineers to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using

Python and Django.

● Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

● Integrate third-party APIs and services.

● Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of

backend applications.

● Collaborate with front-end teams to define API requirements.

● Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best

practices.

● Implement unit testing and participate in code reviews.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.

● Strong expertise in Python, Django (Django REST Framework).

● Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration.

● Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).

● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.

● Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software

architecture.

● Experience in working with Linux-based environments.

● Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest).
