Role Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and curating high-end customer experiences at Khubani. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong network, proven sales expertise, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire high-value clientele, corporate accounts, and event collaborations to drive revenue.
Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance Khubani’s brand positioning.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, influencers, and industry leaders.
Revenue Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to maximize bookings, upsell premium services, and exceed revenue targets.
Training & Leadership: Mentor and train the sales and guest relations team to enhance performance and customer engagement.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing within hospitality, fine dining, luxury retail, or events.
Strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and event planners.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation.
Experience in event planning, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and social media marketing.
