Job Description

About the Role:

Growth Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Growth Sales Associates to achieve daily/weekly targets
Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns)
Strategize and execute outreach to HR managers, recruiters, and business owners
Monitor team performance using CRM and sales tools, and guide improvements
Own and exceed revenue goals while ensuring a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention
Regularly review pitch quality, follow-up effectiveness, and sales hygiene

Requirements:

2–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR tech is a plus
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams
Must have a laptop and strong command over digital tools and CRM
