Sales Manager

You will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Your duties will include meeting planned sales goals, setting individual sales targets with the sales team, tracking sales goals, and reporting results as necessary. You will also oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, coordinating with marketing on lead generation, and providing ongoing training to your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education will be essential. Additionally, you will be promoting the organization and products and understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. As a Sales Manager, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. You should be dedicated to providing great customer service and have the ability to lead a sales team effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including internet reimbursement and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person at PN PALAYAM, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Relocation or reliable commuting to this location is required.
