Job Description: Team Manager, Business Development and Demand Generation Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Achievement: The candidate will be responsible for an annual sales target and expected to be accountable for quarterly and monthly sales target achievement. Pipeline Coverage (Cold Prospecting): The demand generation team will provide lead generation activities to support the candidate. The candidate will be expected to have the sales discipline of cold prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn connect, etc.) to develop the necessary pipeline coverage Inside Sales Selling (Remote Closure): The candidate must use an inside sales approach to remotely close high-volume/low-value sales. Sales Reporting: The candidate is expected to provide weekly sales reporting on the progress and accurate forecasting. Experiences: More than five (5) years of experience in business development and sales with IT-based companies. As this role is IT technology-centric, the candidate should have a degree/diploma in Computer Science or a relevant Engineering discipline. A candidate with experience in similar and relevant IT companies will be preferred. The candidate must possess good speaking, written and presentation abilities as a pre-requisite for the role. An understanding of the demand and lead generation processes, participated in executing digital marketing campaigns and sales processes.
