Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Hubli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market analysis. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with providing regular reports, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, CRM management, and relationship-building expertise.
  • Experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and achieving sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of agricultural products or an understanding of the agricultural sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to work under targets, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hubli and the ability to travel as needed for client meetings or field visits.
