Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in all over karnataka for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in record-keeping and sales tracking
Knowledge of the agricultural sector and related products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
