Position Overview:

Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and branch targets.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales team including team performance, lead conversion, and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Academic Counselors to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to team members.
  • Analyze sales metrics and generate reports on performance, lead sources, and conversion trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, student support, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local academic partners, working professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all team activities are in compliance with company policies and ethical standards.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • Manager: Minimum 4–6 years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Assistant/Deputy Manager: 2–4 years of relevant sales experience (team handling preferred).
  • Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing/Related Field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team management and motivational leadership
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools

    Indore (On-site)
  • Working Days:

    6 Days a Week
  • Week Off:

    Sunday
  • Shift Timing:

    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
