Please find the details outlined below: 1. **Adherence to Company Standards**: It is imperative that all team members consistently adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high standards of professionalism. 2. **Training and Skill Development**: The Sales Team Leader will be tasked with conducting regular training sessions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Collaboration with Team Leaders (TLs) and the General Manager (GM) is essential to ensure that training programs are effective and regularly updated on our platform. Additionally, identifying skill gaps and implementing strategies to address them will be a primary focus. 3. **Customer Satisfaction and Feedback**: Ensuring customer feedback ratings remain above 4 is a priority, and maintaining customer satisfaction is central to our efforts. The Sales Team Leader should respond to customer escalations within 12 hours on the ticketing platform to facilitate prompt issue resolution. Strategies to reduce customer attrition and enhance retention rates will also be developed and implemented. 4. **Team Management and Attrition Control**: Monitoring and reducing team member attrition is critical. This can be achieved by fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Addressing team concerns and providing necessary support will help sustain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. The Sales Team Leader should also recommend high-performing employees for appraisals and recognition. 5. **Reporting and Compliance**: The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management. It is crucial to ensure that all team activities are compliant with company policies and procedures. 6. **Incentive Management**: Incentives for the Sales Team Leader will be granted only if the team's performance meets or exceeds management expectations. These incentives are contingent upon the Team Leader (TL) and General Manager (GM) conducting regular training sessions and updating the training platform.
