Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: β Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy specifically focused on securing government contracts. β Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and drive sales growth. β Identify and pursue sales opportunities within government sectors. β Gain a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. β Build and manage a robust network of strategic partners across key industries. β Leverage partners' expertise and market reach to expand the company's sales footprint. β Collaborate with partners to identify mutual opportunities and develop joint sales initiatives. β Proactively identify and connect with procurement heads and purchase departments in major industries. β Establish and nurture long-term relationships to drive sales and ensure business. β Develop and maintain detailed sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation. β Analyze key sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. β Stay up-to-date on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activity. β Adapt sales approaches based on market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.Qualification's: β BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) (preferred)or any engineering degree/Masters in (IT/Computer Application/Marketing) or equivalent. β Proven experience of minimum 5 years in sales leadership or a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. β Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. β Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. β Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights. β Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β Willingness to travel as needed.
