Job Description

Role Purpose Support senior BD and marketing leads by creating impactful presentations, following up on leads, and keeping our content engine running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to multitasker—turning ideas into polished decks, coordinating meetings, doing research, and keeping everything on track. Key Responsibilities Presentation & Collateral Create clean, on-brand decks in Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides. Repurpose content into engaging visuals and maintain asset libraries. Meeting & Pipeline Support Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and update lead trackers/CRM. Content & Research Use tools like ChatGPT to draft copy, analyze competitors, and research market trends. Digital & Social Support Assist with LinkedIn posts, website updates, and coordinate with designers. Learning & Improvement Spot workflow gaps, suggest fixes, and stay updated on tools and trends. Requirements - Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Comm, Design, or related field Strong skills in Canva, PowerPoint/Slides, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Excellent English communication; Gujarati/Hindi a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Bonus Skills Experience in media/production houses CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) Knowledge of GeM or corporate procurement Kindly share your CV at hr@hummingbirdconsulting.work Show more Show less
