Job Purpose

Sales Manager– Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, DSA is responsible for sourcing Home Loan/Suvidha business through open market channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and other partners. The role focuses on customer engagement, channel development, and relationship management to drive business growth and profitability. It also involves leading a sales team, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate Home Loan/Suvidha leads through open market channels.
  • Identify, empanel, and manage relationships with DSAs, builders, and other channel partners.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Senior Territory Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Train and motivate the team on product features, commercials, and profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and personalized service.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) through cross-sell and open market channels.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationships.
  • Promote digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and relationship management.
  • Utilize banking systems and customer management platforms efficiently.

Education

  • Graduate Degree: Any stream
  • Postgraduate Degree: Any stream (preferred)
  • Professional Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in BFSI, preferably in retail lending and channel sales.
  • Role Level: Chief Manager / AVP
